L ife couldn't be better. I'm only three years old and already I have a magazine named after me. It sure beats singing for coal miners.
There's been an evolution of course; even birds need time to develop. But now I'm doing what I set out to do - bring stories, information and opportunity to Southern Ontario's best and brightest.
Today I reach out to thousands of technology professionals. Most are like me, entrepreneurial and hungry for challenges and growth. Whether it's through newsletters or hand-picked job notices I'm much more than a 'job board' to them - I start conversations.
And when I do present an opportunity, I make sure it talks to the interests of the candidate, not an employer's laundry-list. (See what I mean here, here, and here).
The formula works, just ask my clients. There's always room for improvement, but once a bird learns how to fly, the sky really is the limit.
